Exhibition: InstantCologne - International Instant Art Expo

International Instant Art Expo InstantCologne is 2019’s premier instant film photography exhibition. This spectacular one weekend event is taking place from May 3rd to May 5th, 2019 at Smend Gallery in Cologne Germany. The exhibition will feature Polaroid and Fuji Instax works ranging from abstractly manipulated emulsion lifts and collage pieces to expressive nude and abstract works of art. This diverse set of photographic talent will feature more than 30 international artists from 11 countries in what constitutes the best of the best of the instant film community.

This event is brought to you by InstantPhotoWork’s Maruan Bahrour aka [MaruanDotCom] and Kalle Paltzer who have seen a worldwide photography revival taking place in Italy, France, England, and the USA. They decided to put Germany on the map with this magnificent event which will feature the works of renowned instant artists such as RRRDIAZ, Ina Echternach, Julia Beyer, and Carmen De Vos, and Herr Merzi.

The event itself will take place during the same time period as apart of the The Photoszene Festival, which has been ran by an arts association for the last 30 years, highlighting and supporting local and international photographic artists.
